Videos 1, 2, and 3 are the most useful to begin with for at least 21 days. (I still do these daily to feel my best!) If possible, practice the movements barefoot and connect to the earth. When I’m able, I do these movements in the park, on the beach or at home on a Grounding Mat.
The first 3 videos apply Qigong, which is often used medicinally. Consistency will help to build up your chi “life force”, strengthen your organs, help with balance, energy, and feeling grounded. Feel free to of course travel through the entire series if you feel up to it or time allows, but these first 3 are the most fundamental.
